I currently run my business out of Washington State. I pay sales tax on all product that I purchase for resell and I charge my customers sales tax when they purchase from me.. However, I have one client that lives in Oregon where they don't pay sales tax.. is she supposed to be tax exempt on my orders or does she have to pay sales tax since she is purchasing from a Washington State business?...
